This process will enable you to make empowered choices and take wise action on your own behalf.

What distinguishes my coaching practice?

My coaching is client-centered, meaning that you define your goals and together we design a process that works for you. I work with each client to tailor the pacing, accountability, and work between sessions to meet your needs and wishes.
I emphasize making changes from the inside out. Together, we will explore your experience in order to clarify your needs, wishes, passions, and strengths, which you can then use as guide posts as you make changes and design opportunities.
I do not require a contract from clients. From day one until our coaching ends, the coach-client relationship must be working for you.
You can rely on my integrity and authenticity. I abide by the International Coaching Federation strict code of ethics and will always speak the truth to clients.

I bring an array of training, skills, and experience to coaching:

I have over ten years of coaching experience and two coaching certifications.
I have an in-depth background in labor market and workplace issues, which can be especially helpful to those making career transitions.
I have started and managed two successful small businesses of my own.
I bring extensive experience as a facilitator and strategic planner and offer frameworks from these disciplines in my coaching.
More than 15 years ago, I experienced cancer which deepened my appreciation for life.
I practice meditation and bring the tools of mindfulness to coaching.
